Ethernet Connectivity

Q-in-Q VLANs provide an alternative means of connection to the core NWIX network to VLAN connections. The NWIX network, which connects data centres across the UK and Europe, provides a central foundation platform on which solutions can be built. With the Q-in-Q services customers can partition traffic so that multiple VLANs can be run between two points.

Q-in-Q can be used by service providers who wish to maximise the usage of their bandwidth as well as manage their own switches.

Fault resolution 4 hours
Once a fault is detected or reported by a customer, NWIX initiates all necessary action and contacts customers using the pre-defined methods.
