Net Storage
Level 3’s Net Storage service is an additional module that can be added to Cache and Downloading which can eliminate the need for the customer to maintain their own origin storage. It provides customers with an alternative solution to manage the cost and challenges of online storage and to store content more effectively.

NetStorage effectively provides a redundant storage system that is directly connected to the worldwide Level 3 CDN. Customers can store any quantity whether it is a hundred gigabytes or several hundred terabytes! Three copies of the customer content are held across a minimum of two geographically diverse regional storage sites thus securing availability.

Customer content files may be uploaded to the Net Storage service via standard File Transfer Protocols such as FTP, FTPS, and SFTP. Files and Directories may also be automatically synchronised.
